2. When will my order arrive?
Your product will be shipped within 5-10 working days of placing your order. Local shipping in Singapore takes approximately 2-3 working days. International shipping can take 6-15 working days.

3. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charge is dependent on the package weight and its destination and will be calculated when you check out. Delivery within Singapore costs $1 for normal mail and additional $2.30 for registered mail. Saught will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipping and hence we highly recommend that you opt for the registered mail option to ease tracking of your shipped product and for peace of mind.

4. How do I know if my order is placed?
Saught will send you a confirmation of your order via email. Please check your order confirmation carefully, and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies. Please note that the confirmation email will be your receipt of purchase. For environmental concerns, we do not issue paper receipts unless specific requests are made.
It is important that customers ensure accurate shipping addresses entry. Saught will not take any responsibility for the loss due to incorrect delivery addresses.

5. Is wrapping/ packaging provided?
We offer free gift wrap service for all purchases. A Saught philosophy card will also be attached to describe Saught’s social story.
